Zimbabwe Corn Bread

Zimbabwe Corn Bread

Zimbabwe corn bread is very similar to the corn bread I’m used to from the southern USA. It tastes great and goes well with nearly everything. It’s firm texture makes it perfect for sopping up the last bits of sauce or juice from the main course. My favorite way to eat corn bread is fresh out the of the oven with some honey butter.
